Play your part in shaping the future – and be a part of our team.

The automotive industry – and with it EMC – are facing new major challenges. We are in the middle of its greatest and most far-reaching transformation as we move towards widespread electric mobility. New powertrains require new components that have never existed before. You can play a vital role in testing and qualifying these components to ensure that they operate safely and reliably in the vehicle.

Traction battery measurement

Fascinating opportunities to apply your creativity

This transformation is opening up new and exciting career prospects. Over the next few years, we will increasingly be focusing on expanding our measuring technology for high-voltage and electric drive systems and developing testing equipment for fuel cell drive systems. And, of course, we will not ignore one megatrend in particular: autonomous driving will require completely new testing methods and we are working intensively to prepare for this. For our employees, this will mean playing a vital role in creating our future range of services, as well as helping to develop new measuring methods and taking part in the projects of the future.

Grow on forward-looking projects

We work for well-known national and international customers in complex, groundbreaking projects. This requires profound knowledge and expertise. We invest a huge amount of time and know-how in trainin gour employees. Every new employee will be assigned a mentor who will be at their side to support them as they become accustomed to complex new material and who will open all the doors in the company. Other milestones on their way to becoming an expert include high-quality in-house training courses and external further training seminars, which are individually tailored to each employee. The aim is to enable our employees to assume full project and cost responsibility in important future projects.

Around 50 employees at the sites in Egling near Munich and Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart provide support for customers in all sectors of electrical engineering in which electromagnetic compatibility plays a key role, including world-famous companies and their suppliers.
We also work for the railway, military and industrial sectors. Our main focus, however, is on the automotive industry. Here, we carry out measurements and testing for many renowned global players, including Bosch, GM, Ford, Fiat Chrysler, Jaguar Land Rover, and many more.
Through our active participation in all national and international standards committees for EMC, our core competence extends to all automotive standards worldwide, as well as to the factory standards of all car and commercial vehicle manufacturers in Europe, the USA and Asia.
