Once again there is good news for Jakob Mooser GmbH in Thanning.
After the German accreditation body (DAkkS) tested Mooser EMC technology again last March and maintained the accreditation, Jakob Mooser GmbH was tested this time. The subject of the audit was the monitoring of accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 17025 with an expansion of the scope of accreditation.
The audit ran over three days with two assessors. On September 20th The system audit was on the test plan on October 25th and 26th. the specialist audit followed. The latter included a very extensive program with a tour of the test sites. The six examined test stations were spontaneously expanded to include three tests for additional standards during the assessment by the assessors.
Big praise to our employees. There were only two non-critical non-conformities during the audit. The colleagues also successfully completed the spontaneous expansion of the scope of the test with a high level of competence and professionalism.
Now that this good news is clear, the new DAkkS accreditation certificate is unfortunately not yet available. We ask for your patience. As soon as we have the certificate, we will make it available for download on our website.
Good to know and important for our customers: Accreditations are a basic requirement for many testing orders, especially from public bodies. Likewise, almost all OEMs require appropriate accreditation for their acceptance measurements.
Accreditation is also very important for us as an EMC laboratory. This allows us to demonstrate the high quality of our services in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
One of the most important standards is DIN EN ISO 17025. It defines the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
Laboratories accredited according to this standard have their own quality management system and all the requirements to provide valid test results.
